With 24 years of nursing experience, Kasey Carter, RN brings a rare combination of clinical precision and aesthetic artistry to Tru Allure. A University of Montana and Shoreline Community College graduate, she built her foundation at Harborview Medical Center — one of the nation's top trauma centers — spending 11 years in the Emergency Room where her "safety first" approach was forged.
Her path into aesthetics led her to run the pre and post-operative clinic for one of Washington's premier plastic surgeons, then to apprentice under a nationally recognized Allergan Facial Aesthetics Injector Trainer in Bellevue — making her a highly sought-after Master Injector in her own right. Kasey specializes in neuromodulators, PRF rejuvenation, and dermal fillers, always focused on natural, refreshed results that enhance your beauty, not change it. Her books are open — we can't wait for you to experience her magic.
Outside the treatment room, Kasey is the proud mom of a daughter attending Chicago State University on a full ride volleyball scholarship — and dog mom to Blayze, her beloved German Shepherd.
